Itinerary

Day 01: Chandigarh

You are greeted on arrival at the Delhi Airport /Railway station and transferred to Chandigarh. Chandigarh is the Northern part of India and the capital of Punjab and Haryana. On the way, you may be delighted with the sight of hill stations, small water falls, caves and small stream that will be cherished your leisure trip and furnished beauty with 4 hrs and arrival at Chandigarh, Check in to the resorts/Hotel. Chandigarh offer you to visit many gardens, valley and amusement park in the evening going to visit "the Leisure Valley" , Overnight Stay at hotel.

Day 02: Dharamshala

Morning after break fast check out from Chandigarh hotel and proceed to Dharamashila (255 km), on arrival check-in at the hotel, Dharamshala is the main hill station in the Kangra Valley. The Dharamashila covered with wooded hills, tea gardens and sparkling streams, Picturesque Dharamsala, built in to two main parts which is Lower Dharamshala and upper Dharamshala, with the border of Mcleodganj and Forsytheganj. Dharamshala has risen to international fame as "The Little Lhasa in India". Mcleodganj is 9 km from Dharamshala, Overnight Stay at Dharamshala.

Day 03: Dharamashila- Jwalamukhi Temple

After breakfast go for the sightseeing. Dharmashila has many Namgyal Monasteries and temples like Jwalamukhi, Brijeshwari and Chamunda. JwalamukhiTemple -There are natural flames in the temple which are worshipped as a manifestation of the nine Goddesses - Mahakali, Unpurna, Chandi, Hinglaj, Bindhya Basni, Maha Lakshmi, Saraswati, Ambika and Anji Devi. These flames burn continuously without any fuel or assistance and may be seen erupting from a rock-side, Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 04: Dharamshala- Amritsar

Morning after break fast, check out from Dharamshala hotel and proceed to Amritsar (200km) On arrival at Amritsar, check in to the hotel. In the afternoon, you can move to Indo-Pak Wagah Border. In the evening return back to the hotel for overnight stay at Amritsar Hotel.

Day 05: Amritsar Golden Temple

Morning after breakfast, go for full day sightseeing. we proceed to Golden Temple-also called as Harmandir Sahib, Jallianwala Bagh and Maharaja Ranjit Singh Summer Palace Museum situated in the heart of Ram Bagh, Amritsar. In the evening return back to the hotel for overnight stay at Amritsar Hotel.

Day 06: Amritsar to Patiala

Morning after breakfast, checks out from the Amritsar hotel and proceed to Patiala (238km) on arrival, check in to the hotel. Patiala is a city in the Punjab state of India. Afternoon going to visit Qila Mubarak Complex, Qila Androon, Rang Mahal and Sheesh Mahal, Moti Bagh Palace etc...,overnight stay at hotel in Patiala.

Day 07: Patiala to Delhi

Morning after break fast check out from hotel and proceed to Delhi (240km),enrooted by extension of Patiala sightseeing. on arrival at Delhi, check in to the hotel and take rest, overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

Day 08: Delhi

Morning after Breakfast you would proceeds to Delhi local sightseeing. You will be visiting the places like, Qutab minar, Lotus Temple, India Gate, Birla Mandir, Red fort, Humayun Tomb, The Sacred Heart church - The Roman Catholic cathedral, The Rajghat, the cremation sites of Gandhi Family's- Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Sanjay Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri and Akshardham temple Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

Day 09: Delhi to Agra

In the morning after breakfast, you would proceed to Agra (215 kms/4 hours). Agra is a city on the banks of the Yamuna River in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, India; The Taj Mahal is one of the wonders of the world. The Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, all three of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites, after the sightseeing Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Madura. Evening proceed to Delhi (205km) Overnight stay at hotel at Delhi.

Day 10: Departure

Morning after Breakfast, checks out from hotel and proceed to Delhi airport/ railway station. End tour

Dharamshala: Dharamshala is the main hill station in the Kangra Valley - a fertile, rising and falling valley, lying between the gentle Shivalik Hills and the foothills of the Dhauladhars – the white mountains- The Dharamashila covered with wooded hills, tea gardens and sparkling streams, Picturesque Dharamsala, built in to two main part which is Lower Dharamshala (1380m) and While upper Dharamshala (1830m) with the border of Mcleodganj and Forsytheganj, retains a British period and colonial lifestyle. The Taj Mahal is one of the wonders of the world. From 1631 A.D start the work and completed after 20 years, it is estimated that around 20,000 people worked to complete the historical mausoleum; the masterpiece is credited to the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. In wit marble, who erected this mausoleum in memory of his beloved wife,-Mumtaz Mahal, who died in AH 1040 (AD 1630). Her last wish to her husband was "to build a tomb in her beloved memory such as the world had never seen before". The designer of Taj Mahal was Ustad Ahmad Lahauri and the material was brought from all over India and other nations like China, Tibet,Sri Lank and Middle East countries. Taj Mahal was structured in Persian style combined with carvings of artisans called from Afghanistan and the garden designers from Kashmir. The Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri are mentioned in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Mathura Temple: Holy place in Utter Pradesh and the birth place of Krishna

Birla Mandir: Built in 1938, well-known Birla Mandir designed in the Orissan style with tall curved towers in Delhi.

India gate : Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens, it is 160 feet high with an arch of 138 feet and completed in 1931, (War Memorial Arch).

The Sacred Heart church : The Roman Catholic cathedral located at the south End of Bhai Vir Singh Marg in New Delhi, the Church was designed by Henry Medd. One can evidently see the Italian influence in its structure.

The Rajghat: this is the place where the mortal remains of the Mahatma were consigned to the flames, Nearby, there are cremation sites of Gandhi Family's- Jawaharlal Nehru - the first Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi, Sanjay Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri.

Akshardham temple: (Swaminarayan Akshardham) is a large modern Hindu Temple completed in 2005.
